If you are working in the fields of Optics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Medicine or Materials Science, you may send it to me and I will personally review your manuscipt. I will carefully correct errors in spelling, grammar, or word choice (micro issues) in order to make your manuscipt easy to read. In addition, I will offer suggestions on macro issues such as how to better organize your paper to achieve maximum effect and to be consistent with Western cultural norms. After editing, the language in your manuscript will be of suitable quality for publication

Editing Flow
- 1. Email your manuscript to me at edit@kejiyingwen.com as an attachment in either OpenOffice, LibreOffice (ODT) or Microscoft Office (DOC or DOCX) formats.
- 2. I will provide a quotation* along confirming the time required to edit your manuscript.
- 3. With your agreement, I will then edit your manuscript and return it, along with a certificate for editing, and an invoice.
- 4. Once you receive the edited manuscript and certificate, please pay the invoice via Paypal.
- 5. I will send you a receipt to claim this charge from your university or grant.
*If, due to my personal workload, I am unable to meet this deadline, I will tell you up-front about the length of time I require.
